Baileys is an Irish whisky and cream based liqueur, made by Gilbeys of Ireland. It was introduced in 1974 as the first Irish Cream on the market. It has a coffee and cream colour, aromas of fresh coffee, hazelnut and chocolate. It is sweet, creamy and thick, with flavours of lightly toasted nut, white chocolate and vanilla. It is well balanced by a smooth whisky note for clean, lingering finish.
